Carolina Panthers end season with to stunning last second 10-7 win over the New Orleans Saints
The Saints on their opening possession matched 8 plays for 75 yards when Andy Dalton connected with Chris Olave on a 25 yard score that put them up 7-0.
In the second quarter Sam Darnold on a drive was intercepted by Tyrann Matthieu and they were shutout at the end of the half.
Unfortunately in the 3rd quarter both D’Onta Foreman and Marcus Davenport were both disqualified for unsportsmanlike during a Panthers drive.
Later Carolina finally gets on the board when Michael Jordan alertly recovered a fumble in the end zone that tied the game up at seven apiece.
The game remained tied heading toward the two minute warning when Darnold was picked off by Daniel Sorensen to stall that drive. New Orleans unable to capitalize, they also missed a potential game winning field goal from 55 yards out by Wil Lutz.
The game hero Eddy Pineiro stepped up and hit the game winner from 42 yards out and Coach Wilks and his Panthers finish the season with a record of 7-10.
